very helpful, and caring. feels like a community. very great location, everything you need is so close, yet far enough away you're not driven crazy by traffic noise. Eagle Trace is a lovely place.

I have lived here for a short time. I love the staff. The maintenance fixes things when reported. I enjoy the community events they have for everyone on the property. The best thing that I like is that the property is clean and bug free. Everyone respects everyone and stays and watches each other. I'm very grateful that I found this property. I haven't had any problems. When I do have an issue the Staff resolves it right away.
