Neighbors from hell above me

Moved there in May 2023. I knew on day 2 i didnt want to stay here. The couple above me, one girl had 2 small children which i could tell just by the noise they were under age 5. The apt above me was the only apt in the whole complex that had vinyl flooring throughout. One child had a ride on toy that started at the front door, down the hallway to the bedroom in the back. NON STOP for hours on the weekend. Back and forth running, stomping and jumping and the 2 girls werent any better and neither was the 3 legged pitbull they never took on walks and just out to do its business. One girl worked at a carwash and wore her waders in the apartment while getting ready for work at 4 AM ! Who does that!!?? The other girl wore her high heels clanking around while getting ready. The kids running around at 6:30 am while they were getting ready. I have over 75 videos of the constant noise i submitted plenty of times to management through email. Not much was done about that. In the 2 years they lived there 2 separate other people lived below them and 1 even sued the complex for their noise and he won the case!! Now why these 2 girls were NOT EVEICTED is beyond me! these 2 girls parked in the handicap spot over 30 times in the yr i lived there which i gave proof through email and again NOTHING was done, even the baby daddy parked in the handicap. I have lived in apartments since 1988 and have NEVER encountered the amount of disrespect by these 2 girls. They couldnt follow a rule to save their lives if they tried. They let the dog pee right in front of my patio even though they were told NOT TO. I have all kinds of proof yet NOTHING gets done. Notes were sent to residents also about picking up after them and if you didnt comply and someone had proof THEY would get charged and the person with the proof would get a “credit”. I had proof for 2 dif people and NOTHING was done. Make sure you clean WELL on moveout or you get charges. i got charged $14 for a hook that was on the dryer
