Prime location
The location is very nice. Although, the noise is horrible right by the hospital and Ambulances and Motorcyclist drive by all times of night which is annoying! The maintenance at this property is also horrific! The apartment itself this corner unit is fabulous… some things are great and others are not so great! Neighbors are nice. Elevator is convenient for handicapped like myself and others like me Which there are. There are only 3 washers and 3 dryers so don’t have to wash a lot plan on going to the laundry mat!!
It’s really not a bad property after all...
I actually enjoy my apartment. Having to have been a resident of Pittsburgh my whole life, to be able to afford the location at the heart of South Bend really feel amazing. I can say the only thing I may have complained about is outside noise, like police, fire marshals, and ambulance like every day, but that jus because I’m not use to hearing them as much now that I ever had before, especially since it counteracts with my PTSD condition making feel paranoid...but I know for it to be pretty safe downtown.
