It's GREAT here

FRIENDLT clean nice place to live. LOCATION is great. STAFff is super friendly. MAINTENANCE issues address quickly. RENT is reasonable but incrrases yearly. Wish we had a bigger better workout room but it is hellful. PET friendly with lots of yard. LANDSCAPE Is beautiful and maintained well. PARKING is convenient. COME join our communirty, it"s a great place to be!

Love my historic Central High apartment

I love my Central High apartment. I love the high ceilings and huge windows (even though it gets bright). I also love being right in downtown South Bend, where restaurants and bars are walkable. My rent is an affordable price for the area, and although it's an old building with old building flaws, the maintenance team does a good job if anything goes wrong! It's a unique place to live; no two units look alike. DEFINITELY tour the unit before leasing.
