Safe, Modern & In the Middle of it All!

I've been a resident in the building for nearly 7 years! I love love love the amenities, location, safety, and overall look & feel of the apartment. Love my balcony and the Rooftop accessibility takes it all up another notch! Noise is not from other residents, but rather just general traffic, but I'm one that likes to have my windows open alot.

Fantastic!

I’ve lived in The Hibberd for 5 1/2 years, it has been the best experience from the standpoint of amenities, quality of place, with its location, being right across the street from the library, and walking distance to roughly 20 different restaurants and eateries

The Best!

I've lived here 5 years and I can't say enough amazing things about my experience. Location, amenities, safety and the overall esthetics of the units inside and the exterior as well. Salon Noveau, Ragamuffin Bakery & South Bend Brew Werks, all on the lower level, Bend Yoga, almost everything you need is at your fingertips!
