Once the application is approved, a $300 holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. This is an automatic charge applied towards your move-in costs.

To make a long story short, I was promised one unit but somethings came up and could no longer have that one, since I put my 30 day notice in I was forced to take a end apartment. The move in was a little rocky. They repainted my apartment twice, although the odor is overwhelming so you couldnt smell the paint...There is an odor in this apartment I can't put my finger on it. I've noticed my apartment stays very humid and my carpet seems damp. I went out and brought a dehumidifier which has to be left on 24/7 if I cut it off immediately I smell that odor. I use the glade smells good and after a day you can smell the odor again. The property is kept well, so when asked about the pond view, I thought it would be a good idea. Well NO, it is an eye sore, it's never clean the geese are every where. We have to watch where we are walking...and not to mention the leak outside that has been going on since June haven't been fixed, now it's another leak on the outside of the next section. I've complained about the poop and leak but I felt like it or I didn't matter...Megan, Tori, and Steve are AWESOME

Just buy a house

No seriously, buy a house. No yearly rent raises, no surprise leasing term length adjustments to get lowest increase on your rent (looking at you surprise 15 month lease length) with as much as we pay you'd think there'd be more than just a tiny pool, nope. Bingo night on a holiday doesn't make up for that. If you can afford it love on the lop floor, ceilings are paper thin, but seriously just buy a house. The staff is great, the maintenance folks are awesome but that doesn't change the price gouging, just buy a house.
