Overall the complex is good for the value. I have plenty of parking, hidden away from the main drag, responsive maintenance and leasing staff, along with rent that is of fair value compared to other places I considered staying. If the rent stays fair, I will absolutely renew my lease when the time comes. Just a couple suggestions for improvements... First suggestion for improvement would be the ability to split rent instead of one person having to pay it all. It's not a huge inconvenience, but it would be nice to be able to both just pay our half rather than him paying me a significant amount of money over a 3rd party app every month. Second, the hot water can be a little slow to turn on. Sometimes it can take 5+ minutes for it to heat up. Nothing major, just a minor inconvenience. My only real concern is all the electrical breakers to each apartment are VERY easily accessible. Someone could walk into a building and turn off power to all the apartments in less than 30 seconds. It is very odd that someone has access to do that so easily. My power actually went off once seemingly unknown because the electrical breaker to my apartment was turned off by someone. It hasn't happened since, but the fact that it is not more protected doesn't make sense. A random stranger shouldn't have instant access to my power by simply walking into the laundry room of the building. There is no lock or anything to the breaker... just something to address. Outside of that everything is pretty nice, have a great day.

I have been living here for 2 years now and i absolutely love it, The location is top notch and the apartments are beautiful, my kitchen was just recently renovated and that's amazing. maintenance is always on point.
