One Year Review

Pretty poor service and communication. The laundry machines are worthless. The landscaping is pathetic and the stairwells are ankle deep in trash and leaves.

Ok for what it is.

The apartments are very good and decently clean when moving in. The prices they say are based on market value and not income based but, when applying you need to provide 2 months of pay stubs which is understandable for everywhere but, my rent compared to other one bedroom apartments is on the high end. Others with the same size apartments a lot of times pay a lot less than I do which bugs me a bit. Other than that the staff and everyone has been great and with some hiccups they do a fantastic job. The noise level is generally good at night but, during the day other tenants with modified vehicles like to rev their engines as loud as they can and are the usual suspects that blow the stop signs and have blatant disregard for any for of speed limit causing near misses. Next the maintenance staff are excellent. Once you file a request usually they are there within the hour and are very honest when it comes to the repairs and let you know exactly what happened and how they plan to fix it. Parking is sometimes a pain, you get visitors that tend to stay past when they are supposed to go causing us, the rent payers, to find a spot that is usually a decent walk from our apartment and when you politely ask the visitors if they can park in the visitors lot, which would seem to be common sense, you usually get some snarky response and that usually means "No, go away.". All in all the apartments are not worth the large amount I myself pay, but, they are very decent for the area we are in and I am happy with all the staff and hope they continue the good work even with everything going on.

It is better than where I was

the staff is great, I can send an email and get a reply. When things go weird I can put in a request and maintenance is good about checking on me in a timely manner. The noise was intense for a brief period. I work Nights and i do realize everyone is trapped at home so people were playing their music loud to blast away the blues. If I went into my bedroom I could dull the volume of my neighbors. It has been better here lately I used to call it my world free concert. I love the location because it is right on the bus line. Since I'm legally blind this is always a worry of mine. As for amenities, the dishwasher is simple to use. I still have not braved going into our gym I think it is closed. As for the laundry building my key only sometimes works so I have not tried the machines because I don't want to go get money or something from my apartment and then can't get to my clothes. I don't even know if the machines take the money and don't have enough room on my old cell phone to download an app.
