I rated low for maintenance because the most noise and yelling comes from the maintenance guy who lives on the property,otherwise it's pretty close,clean,friendly,complex.People are loud on occasion but generally,ask and they apologize,lower noise.Never had any real issues.Pay your rent,walk anywhere,great location,great staff,landlord.
