I rated low for maintenance because the most noise and yelling comes from the maintenance guy who lives on the property,otherwise it's pretty close,clean,friendly,complex.People are loud on occasion but generally,ask and they apologize,lower noise.Never had any real issues.Pay your rent,walk anywhere,great location,great staff,landlord.

It has been a good experience except for a tenant who works for bldg. He has been bothering me, but I ignore him biitsometimes that doesn't work! Ge very seldom vacuum the halls and says cleaning windows isn't his job! What is his job but to me very annoying!!
