Apartment cost has sky rocketed since I've moved in. I understand why but I'm hoping it won't continue in the years to come.

I've lived at the complex since 2018 and had my vehicle vandalized (had to claim it as a total loss), since my newly signed lease on the first floor, I've had to complain to management about the people above me for noise, twice, but nothing was resolved and they're still making noise EVERY day. Quiet and peaceful is out of the option if you have "heavy footed" neighbors. I'm not resigning with them if you do look at this place, make sure to get a third floor unit, Good luck.

We have been here for almost 4 years. We have seen management switch and with the switch came rude and cold staff. There have been less cleaning throughout the halls, we went to upgraded laundry machines, but also lost 1 of each dryer and washer for our building. We continue to have issues with parking and the literal NO GUEST OR VISITOR parking is one of the biggest issues. Maintenance men are the nicest staff that exist, otherwise you get met with a cold shoulder and no willingness for an explanation or courteous conversation. The cost is no longer matching what is provided yet there continues to be more and more move outs with less willingness to be there for their residents.

Lived here for two years. While rent is higher than other options, it has been an incredibly safe and quiet complex. The gym, pool and mail room, laundry are all centrally located and easy to access. Overall great experience.
