Decent place to live

Been at apartment for a few years and i like the area and the building. When i send in maintenance requests they are received and addressed pretty quickly. The yearly lease increased are a bit much though.

Quiet place, close to transportation. There is a wonderful park for children. In summer there is a swimming pool.
