Before contacting us, please confirm that all prospective occupants over the age of 18 meet the following criteria: Strong credit score: Due to high demand for appointments, prospects with credit scores below 650 will not be able to schedule an appointment at this point. Your credit should be free of collections, judgments and late payments. We do not accept co-signers. Credit must be established except in some cases in which you are moving from a foreign country or are a full-time student. Credit scores below 600 will be automatically declined without review. No bankruptcies, judgments, evictions, foreclosures, history of late rent payments or short sales. Your gross monthly income should be three times the amount of rent. This is a recommendation and is not applicable in some cases. Insufficient income may be grounds for a declined application. An applicant's liabilities will also be considered when determining whether an apartment is affordable. Income verification. We require a current bank statement (showing enough to cover move-in costs) and another financial document such as a pay stub, award letter, job offer letter (for future employment only), tax return form (for self-employed applicants only), etc. Pay stubs should demonstrate tax withholding by the employer. Self-employed individuals should be able to present their most recent quarterly tax report.  In addition, you must demonstrate that you have enough money in your bank account to comfortably cover all move-in costs or that such funds will be available at the time of move-in. The application process will move much faster if you submit these items along with your application. Failure to submit these documents in a timely fashion (maximum 3 days from application) may result in a declined application. Residency verification: name and phone number or other contact information of landlord, management company, leasing agent, etc. Homeowners may submit proof of mortgage payment as verification. Could be better.

I have lived here for 10 months now and I am fairly satisfied with my apartment. However, I would prefer a better stove in the kitchen. The that is here does ignite fast enough before a small amount of gas escapes into the room. The rest of the apartment is fine. The living room is of adequate size and is very cozy. The bath and Bedrooms are also adequate. A security gate in the back of the apartment keeps unwanted visitors out and lighting in the parking lot also helps. It is a nice place to live in for folks young and old.

Love my Apartment

I am approaching 3 years and I love almost everything about it. It's a convenient location with parking included. The staff is very responsive to maintenance and repair requests.

Great Starting Place

lived here 3 years, only real complaints I have are the heat isn't something I have control over, more than once I've had to open a window in the dead of winter because it is so sweltering hot that I wake up sweating. Secondly that living right off of 290 means road noise is constant and near unbearable when windows are open. Personally never got the door ringer to work, not a big issue, just somewhat annoying for food delivery or mail pickup. Parking is great, access to laundry on site and the size of the room to price ratio is amazing. If you travel by train this is a no-brainer. Any other issues i had with the place were very swiftly repaired. I think the longest time from sending a notice to having an issue fixed was 1 day and that was because they had to buy and install a replacement (toilet and dishwasher). If a notice was sent before end of hours, you would be seeing a repair man that day. The walls are decently thick (windows too) never once had anything come my way about noise complaints or anything more than just the squeaky floors of the tenant above me. All in all if you can stand the sound of traffic and are willing to regulate heat the old fashioned way, then this is a great place to live.

underwhelmed

I've lived in this unit for a little over 6 months and likely won't renew the lease here. The parking lot was not plowed for the first couple of snowstorms. There was a plow sent out 2 days after the last snowstorm, but we weren't contacted to move our cars, so my spot didn't even get plowed. The floors in my unit are cracking and flaking - clearly needed to be rehabbed before I moved in. A couple of the cabinet doors were loose, one even hung off the hinges. The floors were filthy when I moved in. I couldn't even bring my furniture inside until I mopped twice. The staff is rude over the phone. I once accidentally parked in the wrong spot and received a threatening voicemail telling me my car would be towed (no timeline for me to move it and this was the first warning). I was in the spot only overnight and had to park there because someone else parked in my spot. The water has been shut off in the building multiple times - sometimes without even an email warning. The paint/plaster used in this unit is low quality. The paint flakes off the wall when I use command strips. The plaster crumbles and creates holes when I try to hang even light pictures with nails. The water takes about 5-10 minutes to heat up for a shower. The location is really the only redeeming quality but even that is subpar. The windows are not well insulated, therefore the noise from the highway is so loud it's sometimes difficult to hear another person talking in the same room unless they raise their voice.
