Good value with few areas for improvment

staff friendly but slow to respond to emails maintenance also very friendly, but sometimes careless with repairs close to busy street and walls are thin enough to hear upstairs Rent increases are not worth staying more than 2 years parking is small and garbage sits IN your space, so there's a struggle to avoid hitting the dumpster or another car
