So far my experience has been very pleasant. The value great, location is perfect, and the upkeep of my unit and the building is pleasing.

Nice, no frills, historic building, Maintenance and upkeep is pretty good. The only negative is the laundry facilities. Not enough washers and dryers that don't work very well.

Sean Coleman has lived here for one year and it has been so peaceful, and the hallways and laundry area is always clean. i feel safe having my packages delivered to my residence. Pest control is great! i have not seen any pest since I have been here and that is a plus for me.

Beautiful apartments with thick walls so you never hear neighbors. Property management and maintenance are fantastic and responsive. I've never had an issue that wasn't fixed within the week, usually 1-3 days.

Maintenance and property management are very responsive and very quick. Have never had a problem they haven't fixed within 2 days. Laundry in the building though not in units, but it's also not in the basement so could be worse. No parking lot or garage, but lots of street parking available with village permit.

I have had a good experience living in the Harrison apartments. I believe for the price it isn't the biggest bang for your buck being that the renovations were done fairly cheaply as paint peels away from walls and one of the bedrooms walls is pretty thin where when I sit up against it, can feel as if I will fall through. Moving in during 2020 Covid I had asked if the leasing office could print my lease, as I had no printer and all libraries and public spaces were closed - and was not helped because they could not print for me even though it was quite the rare circumstance. It was very disheartening that the leasing office was not willing to help during a hard time in everyone's life. The pricing of the apartments also do not include any parking which is very pricey to pay for through Oak Park as well as no air conditioning in the apartments. The location is wonderful if you don't mind noise.
