I have lived her for 4 years and have generally loved living here. Updated with in unit washer/drier really helped my life. Only reason I have to move is for work. would love parking but the street parking around this area was not hard to work with

I have lived in this building for 5 months now and am still very happy with my decision to move here! My unit is updated with in-unit washer and dryer and has central air/heat. I think that the price is incredibly fair given that and with the location on top of that it's a great deal.

I'm a new move-in (1 month), but I am enjoying the place very much so far. My only concern is the squeaky sound produced by the floors in my apartment and the neighbour above me.

Haven't lived here for long, but it has been great so far! Leasing staff is great, apartment was in good shape when I arrived, and the neighborhood is fantastic.

I love the updated version but it kept the old character. in unit washer and dryer are the best.
