Good Place to Live

These are not luxury units. They are not advertised as such, which is fine, however, the rent price is already well above low-end luxury levels. This is unacceptable. Within 2-3 years, I can foresee many residents getting priced out. A lot of these units will be empty by 2028 unless a major policy change is enacted. Other than that, it is a good place to live, as far as vintage buildings go. Aside from the gigantic elephant in the room that is the unsustainable rent prices and the unsustainable annual increases, the only significant inconvenience is the lack of parking.

Great apartments for the price

Only cons are the lack of ammenities and the street parking

Expensive

My main concern is that it's pretty expensive for my studio. However, I have a nice kitchen. I work a lot to take pay off the rent. I wish some of the folks who live here would not be aggressive about parking. People will be moody and upset if you don't park the way they want you to.
