Because were on Austin it is noisy outside except in the winter. Cars, loud music, sirens etc. the worst part is that the laundry room is in a separate building. Which makes it difficult in the winter because its freezing and dark outside. The washers are small. Residents have always been very nice. Maintenance is outstanding. Rent goes up every year. Nice court yard and flowers are sometimes planted. Dog fee.

Love my apartment, very accessible to transportation, garbage gets picked up twice a week, have laundromat on site

Need to keep the back salted in the winter.

When we first moved here, we didn’t know what to expect. We didn’t see that many people because we moved here in February. Meet people we found out that it wasn’t friendly environment very nice people who clean up behind their pets.

Maintenance management very rude. When you put in work orders they don’t follow up with you. I scheduled a work order never came request.

Like new place, like location convenient for work, apartment hot and blows fuse even when my air conditioner is not on
