We moved here because it was convenient for work and affordable. The apartment is spacious too, but those are pretty much the extent of the perks. We've had easily $2,000 worth of things stolen from us while living here, things that are supposedly behind locked doors. 6 months at the entrance of the building so mail is pretty much routinely stolen. Our electric scooters that we were storing inside the locked laundry room were stolen after they forced us to move them outside to paint the floor unnecessarily, and threatened to cut locks for anyone who left them inside. The lock was cut even though it was inside of the locked Courtyard. I also struggle to find parking, even though it cost over $1,000 a year to park here, and I had my catalytic converter stolen on the first warm day of the year. The management office was unresponsive when I told them and then they told me to file a complaint.

The apartment is great and the location is great. There are a lot of friendly people around. Only complaint I have is that the upstairs neighbors are loud at times and you can hear every creak and they stomp.

I love the apartment. Very spacious and luminous. Location is OK, 15 minutes walk to cafes and restaurants and 3 minutes to bus and green line. Requesting maintenance is easy, and the response from management is super fast and efficient. Floors are noisy, I can here my neighbors walking most of the time. The building itself is not super clean or well maintained.
