Good value

I love the apartment. Very spacious and luminous. Location is OK, 15 minutes walk to cafes and restaurants and 3 minutes to bus and green line. Requesting maintenance is easy, and the response from management is super fast and efficient. Floors are noisy, I can here my neighbors walking most of the time. The building itself is not super clean or well maintained.

Building review

Great real estate, however need more closet space for my studio apartment. The maintenance team is very responsive and I feel safe in this building. I would definitely recommend oak park apartments.

best apartment

I have been living in my apartment for about 2 months and I love it. this is my first apartment so I have been taking notes of the things I like and dislike. To start I have noticed that you can hear the people walking above you but other than that you do not hear your neighbors. I like that there are two security doors which makes me feel safe and there is also a gated back entrance. I love that there is wood flooring throughout the apartment as well as a gas stove. I also love that there is radiator heat which is included in my rent. as far as location there is a pete's less than a mile from my home which is great since that is my preferred grocery store.
