Good space, great location, very expensive parking options

So far, so good. Nice unit in a great location, but the parking options are few and expensive.

Westgate Old School Charmer

I loved the location and the charm of our apartment, but the lack of any ameneties interfered with a more desirable experience. Closest laundroamt was 1.5 miles away. Kitchen is small with basic appliances (i.e. no dishwasher) or garbage disposal. Electircal is old and causes light fixtures to go out frquently. Bathroom has no vent. It is a hostorical site which means very little modifications can be made. There was a rodent and pest issue, but management was quick to act. Happy with maintenance and their efficiency. Parking at the Emerson is really close hut very costly. Parking through the town of Oak Park is also expensive and the nearest location is three blocks away.
