Very quaint and lively

This place is pretty in terms of architect. The apartments ate renovated but still have an old feel. The only issue is parking is annoying but manageable.

Great location

I appreciate how close this place is to downtown Oak Park, only about a block away from everything happening. The architecture and character of the building is fantastic as well. I haven't had any issues with maintenance so far, and the building is well taken care of.

North Grove

This is a great location, beautiful building, and good value. The problem is the maintenance staff. Every time I call in for a repair, things get WORSE. The work product, craftsmanship, and management follow up is bad. There needs to be clear expectations set, better quality control, and management follow up. It's a shame to see this property deteriorate because of shoddy workmanship. FYI, my perspective comes form being an Engineer, former management consultant, and current handyman.

Great unit great location

179 has massive units which are great especially with our 4 year old. There is room for us, room for her and her toys and it never feels cluttered. The building is in a great location, close to the acting in Oak Park and a short walk to the Green Line so it's an easy commute for someone like me who works in the city. Price is great as well for the amount of space you get.
