Something to consider

The hallways smells bad always( I’ve called in about this matter a few times) smells like a wet dog, there needs to be a few more recycle trash cans for this size of unit, there is only one recycle bend for this 12 unit. The washer/dryer needs to be updated & the laundry room as well and add another washer/dry again there is 12 family’s that life here almost impossible to do laundry most days
