An excellent property which is going to be a cornerstone of

An excellent property which is going to be a cornerstone of this vibrant community. Awesome arboretum up the road and super convenient to downtown workers being right on the tracks. They should be finishing up in December, so it's kind of a mess right now on one wing of the building but it's going to be top notch. I just leased a 2 bedroom and they are going fast if you want to not wait until December! I'll follow up once we move in and they are finished but the service and friendliness has been altogether some of the best and the property will be one of the nicest I've seen in the area for miles. Update: As nice as the property is, the service sucksand I withdrew from the signing of the lease because they failed to work with us on parking. They require you to pay a large amount for parking on all vehicles and they have no other parking, so you are forced to. I argued this based on amenities not being available for months and construction going on as a type of concession to put up with that and they were unwilling. Well, somebody else can enjoy living in a construction zone then with no amenities and I'll find another place with a more relaxed parking situation. Corvettes don't sit outside in the winter, and I'm not paying $200 a month.

They were flexible with move-in date, floor plans and were able toanswer all my questions. Prices are extremely reasonable and the area the building is located in is soon to be more up and coming than ever. Thanks team!

We have loved our first two months of living at Marq On Main

We have loved our first two months of living at Marq On Main. The staff is very responsive and accommodating. Our move in day went exactly as planned. The wonderful Christmas gift wrapping station, the holiday resident get together at The Next Whiskey Bar, the thoughtful collection for Toys For Tots, added with agreat apartment and perfect location, has made us feel we made a great choice in moving to Marq on Main.
