Location is absolutely amazing. Condition of bathroom and kitchen not so great unless you are renting remodeled unit. Amenities not always available. Remodeling, cleaning, fab issues. Great stuff and maintenance.

I like it. I like it a lot. Lots of parking spaces and plenty of space for kids and pets to play right outside your door. Gym is decent. A shoulder press machine or curling bench would be nice.
