Nice place, great location, littie pricey, good staff and maintenance, grounds always look good. Parking is a problem and you hear your neighbors easily.

I have been living in lakeside for 4 years and i love it. it's quiet, maintenance is pretty good, and the office staff (although they change often) are welcoming. Location is perfect also. overall I have had a pleasant experience residing here.

I've been here almost 9 years now, great location, well kept grounds, courteous, friendly staff. Nice apartments, little pricey, as the rent goes up every year, but the parking is a joke, you have to pay to park anywhere on the grounds and if you want a permanent space, you have to pay even more. They don't do a good job of clearing the snow from the lots either. And you hear pretty much everything and everyone in your building and outside. Very annoying
