Very content in this place

I mainly found this place for the great location that works best for me, but I have since renewed my lease. Maintenence has responded to all of my needs, the hallways are mostly quiet and I find the amenities nice as well. The pool is usually busy, but is a great spot to meet people if you want to. The snow removal is great as I have always been able to get out of my spot. If you break a small rule (curtains over your blinds, moving pool furniture, etc.) they will send an email and let you know rather than giving you a fine which is nice.
