Well-run, modern

Current tenant five months into lease with an overall great experience at the property so far. Satisfied with the value offered and the amenities overall are good although the washer/dryers could be due for an upgrade. Nice to see continued work being put into developing the property. Property is very well managed with excellent maintenance service.

Great location and great apartment

Started living here on Feb 11th and from the beginning the experience was excellent. Apartment manager Lisa was professional and helpful with some of my basic questions! Apartment was clean and looked awesome on move in date. Location is very close to La Grange downtime and Chicago is easily accessible from the main highways Highly recommended place to live ! Also nice and quiet in the evening !
