Lower rent

What am I paying 1400 a month for. When I found out my mom paid only 600 for a 3 bedroom only 40 years ago. So over 40 years The price of living has increased almost over a 150%. When wages only increases by fraction of that it's hard to have a life

good spot

it is a nice neighborhood and the price is ok. it gets difficult to find a parking spot on saturdays because iof the stadium game days

Outdated with Bad Maintenance

Great location is you are a student or work at Northwestern. Otherwise, very outdated and overpriced for what is being offered. A lot of noise from construction, fire stations, and Central St. Mary Joyce is great, but the maintenance staff is rude on not efficient. You have no control over the heat so be prepared to be freezing or burning up with not a lot in between.

Great location and good price

I have been living at this location for about 2 years now. I would say I am happy with the facilities provided here. Its a good place for a couple to stay. Usually if I have had any maintenance the problem has been dealt with almost immediately.
