What others love about this property:

Excellent location but need maintenance.

This is in a nice location if you are going to NWU, the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. The downside are: Poor maintenance in common areas such outside wooden stairs, the laundry is very messy outside and inside, it needs to be cleaned often, washing machines and dryers are left with lint in. There are few machines and renters left them occupied for extended period of time. Some neighbors take their dogs and don't clean after them nor the maintenance in charge. Finally, I will rate it pricy due to above mentioned issues.

Pretty good overall

Very nice property, huge living room, very light and airy. wish had washer and dryer. maintenance is fast and responsive. rent went up with no room to negotiate.
