So close to Northwestern University. Staff is very helpful.

Living here is good, it's a nice building and nice space. The noise is a little rough and maintenance can seem a little slow, but it's nothing to really complain about

I have renewed my lease here more than once. It is a decently maintained older building that has all the basics that you might need. The location is really good and the size/floorplans of the apartments are great, too. The staff and property management are nice to interact with and I haven't had any problems with them. The price is decent for what it is.

I've lived here for about a year, and the best things have been direct contact with maintenance staff and the low noise (very quiet, even on weekends). Things get fixed pretty quickly and the amenities, like the gym equipment and washing machines, are good. Parking on the side of the building is also great.
