I have been here going on 10 years. I miss Jasmine & Eli the maintenance people for many years. Their son has stepped in and is doing a great job. Northwestern construction has been a challenge & a mess. Water damage in my storage area and no one reached out to see if they could compensate for my losses . Not very good in my opinion.

A very nice location in respect the Chicago area transport, and blessedly walkable. Its proximity to the local university football stadium means a few weekends in the autumn are rather congested..

I have enjoyed living here & cant say enough about the dedication Eli & Jasmine pur into caring for the building & property. Ony wish i could put plants on the back porch others always enjoyed until plant hating neighbor moved in.

It’s been a nice experience except for the fact I can’t put any flowers outside on the porch even if they were secured it certainly makes the building look a lot nicer and everyone used to enjoy them I understand some of the protocol but I think having flowers would be nice
