Our residences are pet friendly with a two (2) pet maximum per unit. There is not a weight limit for dogs, but we do have breed restrictions – contact us for details. I have lived in this building for 1 year an 6 months. I love my apartment. It has great space and I love all the windows. Maintenance is on top of their stuff all the time. If I put in a request things get fixed by the next day. The building is usually clean. Only complaint would be that the grill station is not kept up very well. The grills usually don't work the best.

Pros/Cons

All staff is great (this can’t be overstated). Location is awesome. Consistently noisy due to construction, some of this cant be avoided im sure. Dog park and pet community is a big bonus. We pay too much in rent for amentities/small building things not to function properly as is too often the case. Ie: tvs outside, doors at dog park, media room tvs, pool table and equipment is really bad and could easily be l upgraded. Twice I’ve list packages and felt brushed off by management when I inquired about it. That said, it is a busy mail room and the lady running it is the BEST. All in all a few minor improvements wouls go a long way. Rent increases yearly (reasonably- nothing astronomical), but amenities have largely remained the same since I moved in 6 years ago. There are periods when groups of non residents are pretty blatently coming in and out probing or otherwise. Entey could be a little more secure.

1130 - lovely place to live

We have lived at 1130 S Michigan for three years in two different floorplans and really love the building. The amenities it has are very well maintained and the location is convenient. The staff and maintence team are amazing. The apartments are well designed to maximise space and it really is a lovely place to live.
