I've lived in K-Square for over a year now and would not recommend living here to anyone I remotely care about. The listing pictures are misleading, management is stingy, and you will be nickel and dimed for anything and everything you can imagine. Year over year they enact stricter policies, increased fee/penalties, and slowly the building falls apart. Elevators break for weeks at a time, a serious fire occurred and the alarms were unable to adequately notify residents, and I have been robbed multiple times resulting in thousands of dollars of personal property stolen from me while living here. Do yourself a favor and tour a different building.

Customer service non existent from front desk. Andy is the only reason this building hasnt fallen down. Let alone non of us heard thr fire alarm to evacuate and were notified by Walt banging on our doors

I have lived in the building for over 15 years. There is no location in Chicago that can compare to Old Town and right next to Lincoln Park. The building's amenities are incrediable: best pool deck in Lincoln Park, beautiful workspaces, billiard room, and a great gym, plus the perk of morning coffee! The management team are also great and very response and helpful always. There is no better building in all of Chicago to live and I would recommend this building and management group to any tenant who wants to be living in a quality building and magical neighborhood!
