Great Apartment

I have lived in this apartment for 2 years and truly love it. The location is great and within walking distance to many neighborhoods (West Loop, River North, Old Town). The blue line Chicago stop is only a block away as well as a Divvy station for easy commute. I drive my car and have very little trouble finding street parking daily. There is also a parking garage if you feel the need to pay for a spot. The apartment is small but very modern and bright which makes me love the space. The kitchen countertop is definitely my favorite part of the apartment! Its so large and makes cooking super easy as there is so much room. There are a few design flaws in the apartment (ex- silverware draw requires opening of cabinets in order to slide out drawer), doors not fully on track correctly, poor paint job in bathroom, but nothing too disappointing that I couldn't overlook. Maintenance here is great and they usually resolve problems very quickly.

Great value

I love living here, so close to cvs, urgent care, grocery store and lots of food options. Really close to west loop which is also great, its quiet and safe -- I'd live here again in a heartbeat.
