just moved in, washer and dryer are old and very noisy but otherwise great space

The amenities in the apartment are really good, and ceilings are high which makes the space look even bigger. The maintenance team is very responsive to work orders. Staff is super nice, location is excellent, close to stores, and restaurants and bakeries. Glad I chose this apartment.

Overall great experienc living in this town home in convenient location close to downtown as well as the wicker park/lincoln park regions. Friendly and quick maintenance staff. The floors do make a lot of noise so you can hear people above you walking around

We just moved to the area, and we have been blown away with the service of our landlord mixed with such a prime location to be so central to the outer parks of downtown chicago. Friendly neighborhood with plenty of resturants and bars.
