Windsor Estate Apartments

We came home after being away for awhile and noted water under the kitchen sink. I contacted the office who said we would have a help ticket created. Within 5 minutes David showed up at our door and found and replaced the faulty line within 20 min. Amazing! Very happy. avid

Good place to live good location and quiet

This review isn’t meant as a reflection of the maintenance staff. They are doing the best they can given the situation. My review is based off management, insufficient number of maintenance staff, frequent staff changes, lack of communication to residents, and ongoing maintenance problems. Pros: Safe community, washer and dryer in the unit, location to grocery shopping, schools, walking areas, dog park, court, pool, garages and gym Cons: High cost of rent, I’ve lost count of the maintenance requests I’ve submitted, length of time for repairs to be temporarily fixed is unacceptable, repairs aren’t completely fixed and extra money spent to clean up from maintenance problems

We moved to Pennsylvania a couple years ago but still have family and friends in the area. So we needed an apartment. Windsor fit the bill exactly in location, value, community and staff.

The location and building itself is great, the staff however isn't always the best. Some examples are I once tried to recommend these apartments to my mom but the lady who was in the office clearly wasn't interested in talking to my mother as she was talking down to her and never called her back for a follow up. My mother was upset about how she was treated and never followed through with pursuing to live here. Another time I had ordered a crib from Amazon and saw that it had delivered at night I went to go pick it up the next day after work but i stopped at the store to do some christmas shopping when a lady from the office called me telling me I had to get my package because it was there for over a week. I saw from Amazon that it hadn't even been a full day yet but the lady lied on the phone and sent an email to me stating I need to pick up my mail. The maintenance isn't the best either my toilet broke and I put in a request to fix it about a week before Thanksgiving I believe. Then Friday after Thanksgiving I received a call from maintenance stating they would be at my apartment within the hour to fix the toilet .... I did not receive a knock on my door until two weeks later. Lastly the dog bin by the apartments has not been kept up with its overflowing with used dog bags and quite honestly its pretty gross.

The neighbors here are friendly and living this apartment is nice.
