I had the great pleasure of working with Valentin at the 1295 Lake st Public Storage location. I could not have been more impressed with this young man ! He was totally professional. And was honest when he didn't know the answer to the question I had. But he did follow up when he found the answer for me. Angel took the time and walked with me to the unit I was looking at and eventually end up renting. It is because of his comment to me the customer that help me decide to rent from here. He was so helpful and patient with me helping and guiding me through all the sizes and choices of which unit would be best for my needs. He listened to what I had and thought I wanted, and then gently suggested that I may want to consider a different unit. And after thinking carefully to what he suggested it made sense to do that way ! I am so grateful for his kind caring thoughtful understanding ways. Had to update my review. Was here on January 8th and then again Jan 11 to get a few things out of my unit. On the 8 the lot was icy then on the 11th there was snow covering the ice. You mean to tell me no one can throw rock salt down or at least make one pass with a plow to clear the lot? Everyone one who rents a unit here pays a good amount of money per month, and the least public storage can do is at least make an effort to make it a little easier for people to move things in or out of their unit. Completely unacceptable! I love businesses who have no problem taking you're money but can't even make an effort to clean the lot.I quess it's going take someone falling and injuring themself and a lawsuit to realize they need to do better maintaining their property. ...
