Unreliable Maintenance

I went from 5 stars to 1 star. I'm just getting home from work and how maintenance left my apartment is totally unacceptable. Property doesn't assist with utilities so I would appreciate if all the lights were turned off and I can't even close my blinds because they are wide open and broken. And please bring me my closet door back. I will fix it myself didn't know it took this long to put it back on track. Lower my AC to 70 leave my blinds open my apartment is cooling down for what? Wasting energy and my money! Unacceptable! I put in work order so i can get things fixed, not give them a place to hangout in a cold apartment and make themselves at home using my bathroom. I gave permission to enter my Apartment without me being there, and they still call me 30 Minutes before their shift ends and work is still not being done. Just bring me my door back! Now Maintenance is not allowed in my apartment unless I am home! UNACCEPTABLE

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IN AN IDEAL LOCATION!

My wife and I have been living here since 2017 and have been very happy with everything. The staff is attentive, knowledgable, and very helpful. Maintenance issues is another area where staff shines, any issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manor. The place is quiet overall, and you can easily nap during the day without interruption. The location is in the highly rated 204 school district and is located close to major highways.
