I enjoy living in this community. The staff has been wonderful And the area is quite cozy. My only concern would be Multiple fees that most communities do not impose on the residents such mandatory trash removal fee and pest control fee and Minor other fees along with having to pay all your utilities. Overall I am happy with this community.

Poorly managed.

We love this location. But the place is poorly managed. When we have maintenance issues it takes more than a work order to get completed, I only get follow up when we demand on an email. They do not return calls in the office. The amenties are not maintained. Mutliple machines broken on gym. 3 thread mill and now only 1 working. Bathrooms in clubhouse never has toilet paper, we have communicated multiple times. Indoor pool that is one of the best amenities has been closed the entire summer. And outdoor was closed for 2 wks in July/August., right beofre the lids qere almost back to school.
