Our move in was not as smooth as expected. Assitant Property manager was rude and we weren’t assigned to new person and they werent responsive the day before moving and told us we were mentioned about things to do before moving even when we weren’t. There couldve been more elevators and loading dock and trash chute areas cause it is just 1 per floor and there are 83 apartments per floor. The appliances and materials used in the apartment arent that great. They seem filmsy. Amenties are great. Location is great. Maintenance is great.

I just moved into the newest and BEST apartment complex in the area! From the moment I went to talk to the leasing agents Mike and Jessica, to the day I moved in, this place and the team has been FANTASTIC! The fab five team of Manager Luis, leasing agents Mike, Jessica, and Jasmine, and head maintenance guy Robert, have all made this place the SPECTACULAR Place that it is! Lucca is simply STUNNING, world class amenities, and a location that is right in the heart of everything! Everyday I wake up thinking what a dream this place is! With the fab five in charge of everything, i am over the top amazed that I now call Lucca home!
