Dunton review

Generally a very nice place to live. Prices are a little high for the size and amenities. Noise outside of the apartment is fairly loud. Cant beat the downtown atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and responsive.

Dunton Tower Review

I have lived in Dunton Tower for about a year and a half and I love it. I live with my boyfriend and we absolutely love the location in downtown Arlington Heights. The staff at Dunton Tower are so kind and helpful. We are also very pleased with the maintenance. Whenever we put in a request, someone always comes by within 24 hours (usually less!) to check out our apartment and work on our request. It's really a great place to live and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in Arlington Heights.

Lovely place to live

I have really enjoyed living here since October of last year. I feel safe, which was the most important aspect for me when looking for an apartment in the area. The location is perfect being so close to the grocery store, restaurants, yoga, stores and more. I am very happy with the residents in the building and I love that dogs are part of this community as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean building as well.

Lovely Location

Lived here for almost 2 years. The overall experience is lovely especially the location of the building, the staff is kind, and the general upkeep of the building is great. However, the prime location does incline a higher rate than the actual quality of the unit.
