Nice place to live

I've lived here for almost 2 years. On the positive side, maintenance is super fast and staff offer good support when needed. On the negative side, the walls are extremely thin, to the point that you can hear your neighbors snoring during the night.

Here are some of the things I love most about Payton Place: Spacious and Stylish Apartments: My apartment is the perfect size for my family. The modern finishes and thoughtful layout make it feel like a true home. Top-notch Amenities: The Community Room is fantastic perks that I use all the time. They really elevate the living experience here. Friendly and Responsive Management: The management team at Payton Place is top-notch. They're always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests I have, and they do so in a friendly and professional manner. They also host fun resident events throughout the year, which is a great way to meet your neighbors. Safe and Secure Community: I feel very safe living at Payton Place. The secure building access and well-maintained grounds give me peace of mind. Convenient Location: This location can't be beat! I'm close to the highway and to the town center, which makes it easy to enjoy all that Arlington Heights has to offer.

Payton Place Review

When my husband I first moved here it was out of convince. A new management company through around a year of us living here and we stayed again. Coming up on renewal we are staying again because of the amazing job they've done coming in and building a community. Overall the prices are market value, the staff is super friendly amd attentive, maintenence is fast to respond. My only complaints is the price of parking. $250 per car per month is ridiculous for some unheated parking. Also the internet and trash services are silly, but we renew time and time again so clearly the pros outweigh the cons.
