The apartments are kept nice and clean the common areas

I have lived at Crescent Place Apartments in Arlington Heights Illinois for 2 years. I have made complaint forms, verbally complained,wrote and email to Jessica berzac one of the principals of ownership about the ongoing cigarette smoke that comes through my stove vents consistently every day. I was told by management they were doing what they could just by handing out flyers, but that’s not enough. I still have the same problem in the same apartment. This is a non-smoking facility. The management needs to go to Apts and find out who smoking however, management has not made a move to curb so every day I’ve breathe in secondhand smoke. This is ridiculous that this property management team cannot seem to. Fix the dam smoking problem…. Im sure I could drag quite a few major players like human rights, attorney general etc into crescent place apartments concerning the second hand smoke that myself, my caregivers are being FORCED to breath in . I dont want to move, I just want the smoking problem FIXED! Its easy go to the second floor make periodic inspections I like living here in my apartment it’s peaceful. It’s got a great view and the price is right for me.
