I’ve lived here five years. The company that accepted me and I was inherited to was legacy Veron. They were incredibly super communicative and Angela Moon was a wonderful Landlord then time went on and then the building needed maintenance and then they sold it to peak properties. peak properties did what they needed to do, but I felt for the last three years. This complex was very closed off to its residence and all they wanted was money legacy. Veron tried to raise rent on me but then they met we halfway during my third year. The last two years peak properties only increased rent $25 each year which was an amazing value, but we got to the fifth year and then they jacked up the rent and refused to compromise. I am very grateful for the five years. I’ve been here, but I don’t think I can go anymore. If you’re looking to start out in a community this is the place to be, but a lot of the neighbors don’t pick up the poop of their dogs and they don’t pick up their packages. You realize as time goes on you just outgrow complex complexes. I’m very happy living here until March 31, I give it about a B minus but it’s just got too expensive.
