Pretty nice place, it’s a little pricey but the apartments are nice

The building is old, poorly insulated, and weirdly organized. It's nice having a in unit Washer/Dryer, but you have to run the dryer at least 3 times. Ive seen worse, but you could do so much better.

I think that where i live is nice but rather overpriced for the loction. I also think that when i moved in maintenance was super speedy but now it is super slow. I also think for the price there should be more amenities.

It’s my second year living in the apartment and it has been pretty nice. Maintenance has been awesome as well as the property owners.

The people are very nice and accommodating. They do a great job of keeping their tenants happy and the apartments are really nice. Haven't had any bug or rodent issues which I think is a great sign.
