I enjoy living here. It's not pricey, the staff is very responsive and friendly and helpful, and my neighbors are friendly and quiet. But it's an old building, and the appliances can show their age at times. It's a minor thing, for sure, but something to include here for disclosure's sake.

I've been living at Grandview for almost 7 years now and love it. The only problem is that the apartment is quite drafty and it can take some time to get maintenance repairs completed. Other than that, it's comfortable and the location is incredible.

The property is in prime location. Amenity like internet is covered in rent which is of decent speed. Staff and management are quick to your maintenance request and the property is maintained clean.
