More reasonable option in West Ames. Overall, the property is okay. Many frustrations as we moved in and timing/quality of maintenance. Appliances are extremely outdated- but they work fine. Probably wouldn't recommend this place to other people, but wouldn't say it's the worst.

Good location, rooms are great, majority of the appliances are old and stopped working or broke (sink, blinds, dryer) but were swiftly replaced. Really the only down side is the lack of muffling noise. Not even faint noises are muffled from our upstairs neighbors. We can discern words spoken at a normal volume, hear their phone alarms go off every morning, understand the words spoken on their tv, and even hear their cat walking around.

Upon move in I was inundated with a slew of ants and other critter which include crickets. In the busy days of moving about 2 days after I moved in I learned that my oven/stove top doesn't work! There went making morning breakfast before work :( I've already notified the office but nobody picked up my phone call being that I called about six times before I just went to the office in person to make the issue known. Now I'm still waiting on them to fix it two days later.
