Office and maintenance staff are great, parking is normally decent, winter snow removal is sometimes lacking. Noise is not great due to living near a highway and airport, but noise should be expected. Neighbors are usually great with some bad apples in the mix

The staff is responsive to emails. The staff have also been consistently pleasant to talk to about questions and helpful. The maintenance team is quick. My only problem is when other residents don't pick up after their dogs. My suggestions: provide doggy bags in areas between apartment buildings or designate it as a task for a staff member to do once a week.
