Best in Duluth!

I have lived here since March of this year. The staff here is exceptional! The location is excellent and there are no issues getting onto Satellite Blvd. in the mornings. The updated amenities here are perfect and the apartment is very nice. I have friendly neighbors and this is a dog lovers community. The pet amenities are very nice and the walking trails are so refreshing. The staff here addresses issues promptly and the building is well kept. We have plenty of parking spaces. The management is the very best and respond and communicate promptly. The Valet trash collection picks up timely each trash night. We have Luxor package service and I love it. Your packages don't sit outside your door. We are surrounded by nature but close to everything You need. This is the best place to lease in Duluth if you want peace and friendly neighbors. Beautiful Property!
