I moved in here in November 2023. Upon my walk thru I notified Massa about my toilet bowl lid is not the original lid and has the inner oart of the toilet exposed, i told her about my screens missing from my windows, i told her about the front door being jammed when i tey to close it and i complained about the black mold growing inside. A few weeks later maintenance came and fixed the front door and put a bottle of mold spray in my hands. He tried to convince me that it isn't mold i see but instead the paint was not applied properly. I tild him hes delusional. Ultimately the quality of life here is not very high. I still don't have proper screens on my windows which contributes to the mold growing wildly in my unit 602. Ive talked to leasing about it. Bit i am forced to live with it. I wish i could break my lead with no consequences.

Outside maintenance needs to be better. Painting needs to be done etc. The gym equipment never works Junk needs to be picked up more ofter. It becomes to be a sore sight to see.
