My Experience

It is a good plaExcellent maintenance team always ready to make repairs. Calm and quiet place, good and respectful neighbors, always making improvements within the complex. Although in the time I was there I never enjoyed the gym that would have been completed by the time I arrived, the common areas of the buildings such as stairs and hallways need more cleaning. It is not about keeping the lobby clean, the residents do not live in the lobby. There are NO fines for neighbors who have pets and do not pick up pet waste. There are no pest control plans in the apartments.ce, good place and safe, the manteniment
