My thoughts
Neighbors are loud slamming doors hard to get the office to answer the phone. Maintenance doesn't speak English or they don't speak good English so hard to understand them.
Review
Decent complex. However, Location is not great due to access road traffic and no restaurants within 10 minutes. Maintenance is an issue, I have had work requests go by the wayside and they give very little notice for major construction and even involuntarily moved people's cars with no notice. Gate does not work and neither does my call code.

Ok but not safe to walk or bike when on Dawson blvd for a stretch.Need a land bridge pretty bad when walking to stores or to do laundry.

Estoy proximo a cumplir un ano viviendo en el complex y podria decir que es sumamente tranquilo, aunque el mantenimiento a las areas no es muy bueno si podriamos decir que realizar actualizacion de pintura a los edificios y areas el mantener esas areas limpias no se realiza po ningun motivo. Son muy atentos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente dentro del los apartamentos pero no en las areas comunes como escalerar, pasillos, entradas de edificios, Hay una cantidad grande de mascotas en el complex donde no se cumplen las reglas de aseo por responsabilidad de los residentes, por otro algunos vecinos violan las reglas en la forma de parquear vehiculos extra grandes, estacionando en areas que no estan destinadas para ello. entonces con deben tomarse medidas como multas por no respetar las normas y politicas del complex. Le falta mucho a la administracion del complex poder cumplir con su tarea. No solo es poner excelente el area donde elaboran la administracion la limpieza es en todo el conjunto para eso uno paga para que se limpien las areas.
