Dunwoody Trails is tucked out of the way from Dunwoody's craziness. The apartments are older but well-kept and updated. My neighbors are friendly yet keep to themselves when they should.

I've been known as somewhat of a nomad. I've lived in almost every part of the city and in various arrangements. I've been her 3 years and don't plan to leave until my daughter carries me to the nursing home. My neighbors are all long termers too. It feels more like a home without the hassles because maintenance appears quickly, and they are very responsive and efficient. The office staff is friendly, accommodating and bends over backwards to encourage people to stay throughout the year, not just at lease renewal. The grounds are kept pristine. The pool is small but comfortable. Great for children as you're trying to keep an eye on them and possibly chase them down. There is no playground or separate tennis court. But Pernoshal Park and Brook Run Park are within walking distance. Dunwoody can be expensive, but these large townhomes are very reasonable.

I have been living here since 2020 and the management is great, exterminator is here regularly, maintenance comes quickly when needed and the pool is great in the summer. Some kids here but not overwhelming numbers of kids. For the most part it is quiet. Just recently some younger men living here play music outdoors but the police will come and shut it down quickly.

Dunwoody Trails is a great place to live. My apartment is spacious and has nice up-scale features. Maintenance is quick and efficient. It's convenient to the highways. Staff is responsive and friendly. Great value for our money, especially in Dunwoody. Grounds are always neat and pristine.

Lived here 5+ years. Best decision in choice of residence.
